Definitions:

“We”, “us”, “our”,”Isabella Jewel Studio” refer to “Isabella Jewels”, a brand owned and operated by Group One SA (pty) LTD.
“You” refers to you, our customer, who buys from us and makes use of our website www.isabellajewels.com.
“Third party service provider” refers to clearing agents, courier companies, payment service providers, and any other companies assisting us with the process of selling our goods to you.

Please read all of our terms and conditions carefully. Use of this site is subject to the said terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of use, please stop any further use of this website.

www.isabellajewels.com also known as Isabella Jewels is a luxury brand owned and operated by Group One SA (pty) Ltd, which is registered (2019/207886/07) with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in South Africa. The company is located on the 3rd Floor, Tulbagh Centre, Cape Town, South Africa.

Delivery Policy

South African Clients Only

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within three to five working days. Upon delivery, your parcel will come with a delivery note stating the time and date for you to sign acceptance. A tax invoice will be sent to you by email showing the product price details, delivery fee details (if applicable), the 15% Value-Added Tax (VAT) amount, as well as the amount debited from your payment card.

You will be asked to sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt. We may ask, for the purpose of verification, that the person accepting delivery at the delivery address produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the goods parcel at the delivery address is presumed to be an authorised signatory to accept delivery on your behalf.

All our delivery and collection functions have been outsourced to third party service providers. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by these service providers. A copy of your invoice is included with every order. All items over R5,000 will be accompanied by a valuation certificate which is signed and stamped by a graduate Gemologist. All loose diamonds are tested prior to dispatch to ensure authenticity.

International Clients please be advised:

Our free shipping is only applicable for clients based in South Africa. International clients are advised to contact us for a shipping quote prior to making payments and checking out. Our quotation will include delivery charges, but will exclude local duties and taxes that may be applicable to your country. Isabella Jewels is not liable for these costs.
Special orders and ring size adjustments:
In the case of where an item is out of stock, it can be pre ordered on the site and a service consultant will contact you regarding an estimated completion date. Goods usually take up to 12 working days to manufacture. A complex or intricate design may take an additional 5 working days depending on the scope of the work. This added time will be communicated with you upfront.

Rings needing to be altered up or down in size may take up to three working days to process. Most rings on our site can be sized a maximum of three sizes up or down. In a case where a ring size cannot be adjusted we will communicate this to you upfront.

Payment Options Accepted

Accepted payments made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Isabella Jewels account, the details of which will be provided on request or via our payment platforms. Isabella Jewels utilises Payfast and Payflex as its approved payment gateway. No card details are stored on the Isabella Jewels website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za and www.payflex.co.za to view their terms and conditions, security certificates (if available), as well as security policy.

 

Variation

Isabella Jewels may in its sole discretion change this agreement or any part of its terms and conditions at any time without notice.

 

Quotations

Product quotations are valid for 48hours from the date of issue and are subject to availability.

 

Repairs

Unfortunately Isabella Jewels does not repair jewellery of third party jewellers.

 

Cancellation of Orders

If you would like to cancel an order for any reason whatsoever, this may be done by emailing us at orders@isabellajewels.com. An order is only cancelled when you receive a reply confirmation email that your request for cancellation has been approved.
Order cancellations can only be done until midnight on the day prior to the dispatch date. We may debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. Should you cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment card should cease to be valid, you will remain liable for the full purchase price, including all related costs. We reserve the right to cancel any sale as well as your registration in the event of a breach of any of the Online Shopping Terms.

 

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with any item purchased with us for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, or within 10 working days of receipt for a refund.This is subject to the following product return conditions

  • That you have the original tax invoice.
  • The items you are returning are new, have not been worn, and in a re-sale-able condition.
  • All jewellery boxes, certificates and original valuation paperwork you received have to accompany the item upon return. .

In the case of a manufacturing fault or a product defect you may return the goods within 6 months of the date of purchase.

This is subject to the following product return conditions.

That you have the original tax invoice.
The items you are returning have been cared for and not used outside the scope of normal wear.
Goods have been used for their intended purpose.
There are no signs of abuse to the item.
All jewellery boxes and paperwork you received have to accompany the item upon return.

Returned goods undergo an inspection process including diamond testing. Should an item be found to be tampered with, or the diamonds fail the test, the goods will not be refunded. Isabella Jewels will notify the client and the goods will immediately be returned to the purchaser.
Clients are liable for return courier costs. In the case of where you have received a missing, faulty or incorrect item, we will carry the courier return costs

Isabella Jewels makes every attempt to ensure that our online products and catalogue is priced and displayed as accurately as possible to allow every user an opportunity to view our products in great detail. Some of our products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size in our photographs. Colours and sizes may vary slightly as no computer monitor, tablet or phone views images in the same way. Our aim is to provide you with as much detailed information with regards to your prospective purchase as possible so that viewing our products is made a little easier.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Isabella Jewels, its director, members, employees or agents be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise arising out of in any way connected with the use of our site, the products and services, or the content contained or accessed through our site, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to Isabella Jewels records, programs or services.

 

Product Availability

Due to unavailability of a product, we may cancel your order after you submit your order for processing. There may be a time lapse of unavailability of a certain product should it sell out on our website. You accept that we may cancel your order after you have received confirmation without penalty in the event of unavailability of stock.
Should you be interested in a product on backorder, contact us via any of our communication channels to find out when the item will or will not be restocked. On the rare occasion an item might go out of stock before we’re able to adjust stock quantities or note “out of stock” we will contact you to discuss possible options/ solutions.

 

Our Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to correct any errors and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for further instructions, before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of our action. Our prices are subject to change without any notice. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Should you have any questions, feel free to get into contact with our diamond experts via any of our communication channels. Pricing of goods may vary depending on the exact characteristics of the stone, weight, exchange rates, metal type and most importantly, availability. All errors and omissions are excluded.

 

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our pricing consistent and low, we do not allow comparison shopping. Comparison purchases causes undue restocking and this can be a costly exercise.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, Isabella Jewels reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion to terminate your use of this site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the site.
